WaterWorld is a leading manufacturer of electric boat propulsion systems and lithium batteries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of our products to new and existing customers, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the electric boat propulsion and lithium battery market.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product development.
Provide ongoing market analysis and feedback to management.
Attend industry events and trade shows as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the electric boat propulsion and/or lithium battery industry.
Strong understanding of the electric boat propulsion and lithium battery market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
